Job Designation The Sales Director leads the Sales Function within a business unit or group of businesses, while developing and directing the business strategy. Develops and applies the sales business plan to grow the segment through new products and applications. Job Core Responsibilities Manages the Sales Function and establishes goals for the sales team, while continuously motivating staff and focusing on company's goals Focuses on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business Ensures the sales targets are met within the given deadlines, territory(s) and accounts Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies Defines and manages strategic business plans for the segment and new business opportunities Manages bid, proposal and promotional activities for the segment Acts as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions Leads and directs work for team of employees as defined by business needs Manages staff selection, performance, development and training processes to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations Other responsibilities as assigned Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary Job Specifications Education:
Bachelor degree in Engineering required; additional commercial education a plus Years'
Experience:

years of sales experience Skills:
Ideal candidate is familiar with turbines (Hydro and/or Gas Combustion) for electricity production. Knowledge of protection & condition monitoring applications a plus Willing to travel, potentially 50% of the time Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Team player Proactive, motivated, analytical personality, reliable, flexible Fluent English; other languages are an asset (Spanish, French, German, etc.)
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
